Between Easy Agent Systems LLC and any Real Estate Agent Purchasing Easy Online Agent.

Summary

We've put together this contract to make sure we're on the same page and provide clarity on our responsibilities. Don't worry, we won't overwhelm you with complicated legal jargon or lengthy paragraphs. Our intention is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of both parties involved—now and in the future.

In a nutshell, you're paying $497 today for the purchase and setup of your Easy Online Agent system. After 30 days, your monthly subscription of $97 will kick in. As long as you remain an uninterrupted client of Easy Online Agent and the OMD Method, we'll honor the $97 monthly price. However, please note that if you decide to cancel your subscription before the next charge and later change your mind, we can't guarantee the same $97 price.


The only additional costs you'll incur while using the Easy Online Agent system are related to sending text messages and emails. Don't worry, we don't make any profit from these costs—we simply charge you what it costs us. On average, text messages cost slightly over a penny per message (depending on length). So, you can send around 100 text messages for approximately $1. We believe it's a small expense compared to the immense benefits of receiving reviews and communicating instantly with your leads through their preferred methods. To get you started, we'll provide a $5 credit in your wallet for texts and emails. This is the equivalent to about 600 text segments or 4,900 emails!

What do both parties agree to do?

As our customer, you have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization. In return for your payment of $497, we commit to providing up to one hour of one-on-one live setup call in addition to all other support channels. We also commit to optimizing your Google profile and creating Google profile posts once we are provided with your business information and temporary access to your Google Business Profile.

 

You agree to book and attend your setup call within 30 days. We consider this call a valuable appointment, and we've invested significantly in your success. Booking and attending the setup call are crucial!

You agree to provide any requested information to us in a timely manner. We want to optimize your Google Business and add your posts but we can only do that if you give us the info we need.

We also ask that if you wish to cancel your recurring subscription that you kindly reach out to one of our many support channels (text, email, website chat, support icon in your system). If you don't participate in the setup call and you do not use the software you are not entitled to a refund. Please see the 90 day Lead Generation Guarantee for more info.

Lastly, we can't be held responsible for issues with your Google Business Profile. Many agents come to us with suspended or unverified profiles and we will always do our best to help at no additional charge. But ultimately, any issues with verification or reinstatement of your profile are your responsibility.

Guarantee and Refunds

We wholeheartedly stand behind our 90-day lead generation guarantee because we believe in the system. However, we kindly ask you, as a real estate agent, to use this guarantee responsibly. We require that you book and attend your setup call with our awesome team within 30 days of purchase. We require that you use the system for 90 days in order to request a refund. This means attending the setup call, giving all required information, logging in to the system on desktop and mobile app, uploading a contact list, sending review requests, responding to incoming conversations promptly, and communicating with your list.

This is a software system not a lead generation service. We give you all the tools in order to be successful but ultimately your success depends on you and your willingness to do the work, problem solve, and take consistent action.

 
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. But in order to qualify for a refund of your monthly subscription at the 90 day mark we'll need to verify that you attended the setup call, gave all requested information, logged in and used the system, uploaded a contact list, sent review requests, and responding to all incoming conversations promptly. We think that's fair, don't you?

The one time set up fee of $497 is non refundable. You can always cancel the software at any time but the $497 is NON REFUNDABLE. We invest significant time, money, and resources from the second you hit the purchase button. The setup fee exists to cover those costs.


Since we have a clear refund and guarantee policy we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. Threat of chargebacks and actual chargebacks can be incredibly damaging and challenging for small businesses like ours. Rest assured, we offer robust support and make it easy to get in touch with.

But where is all the horrible small print?

Without our permission, you can't transfer this contract to anyone else. This contract remains valid and does not require renewal. If, for some reason, a portion of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply. Though the language may be simple, the intentions are serious, and this contract is legally binding. By checking the box on the checkout page before purchase you are agreeing to these terms. That’s it! Not so horrible, right?
